Our program involves mentorship and training to promote personal growth for the teachers. Through personal interaction and training on different levels, we help the teachers reach their own unique potential.
Continuous visitation, evaluation, and mentorship take place to support and help the teachers implement the received training.
Training and mentoring includes:
-First Aid training
-Financial training
-Leadership training
-Identifying abuse and neglect
– Working with children with special needs

- In our core mentorship group, teachers show great leadership potential through supporting, guiding, and helping each other.
- Through different training/mentoring events 420 teachers have expanded their knowledge since 2016.
